Join colleagues in Chapter 6 | Denver Area for an evening of FREE dinner and CE. Sara Wennogle, DVM, DACVM will present a brief update on protein-losing enteropathy syndrome including causes and diagnosis, with an emphasis on therapeutic management. Case presentations and a round table discussion to follow.

Sara Wennogle, DVM, DACVM will be presenting "Protein-losing Enteropathy / Inflammatory Bowel Disease"

 

Dr. Sara Wennogle, an internist from CSU, will be discussing PLE/IBD.

The meeting will start at 7:15 PM at Wheat Ridge Animal Hospital. WRAH has graciously lent this room to us for the venue and they will be offering tours of their amazing facility at 6:30 PM for interested attendees. Please indicate which portion of the evening you plan to attend by signing up for the tour when you register for the event.

 

 

PRESENTER

Sara Wennogle, DVM, DACVM (SAIM)

 

Dr. Wennogle graduated with her DVM from Colorado State University (CSU) in 2011. Following graduation, she entered general private practice in Fairbanks, Alaska. After one year in practice, she returned to CSU where she completed a one year Shelter and Internal Medicine Fellowship. She completed her Small Animal Internal Medicine (SAIM) residency and became board-certified in SAIM in 2016. Dr. Wennogle stayed on at CSU and is currently dividing her time between working on a PhD in Clinical Sciences and serving on clinics.

 

Her principal areas of interest include chronic gastrointestinal and liver disease in dogs.
