Join us as we explore best practices in wound management from start to finish. Learn proper debridement and
lavage techniques, open wound care using moisture retentive dressings and assorted topical agents, use of
active suction drains and stents, special considerations for penetrating injuries (such as bites and bullets) and for
injuries to internal organs and specific body regions, closing oddly shaped wounds, and assorted reconstructive
surgery techniques. Clinical case examples will be used to illustrate concepts throughout the program.
